Lazaros is a Chartered Civil / Structural Engineer with outstanding experience in the construction industry with particular emphasis in the Railways & Highways Sectors. 

Throughout his experience, Lazaros has demonstrated sound knowledge and application of best engineering practice as well as design leadership and innovation. 

He is involved in the development of outline/detailed designs and the assessment of bridges & building structures on civil engineering as well as on multi-disciplinary projects mainly in London Underground, Network Rail and Highways England environments.

Lazaros has more than 15 years experience in the following areas:

1. Bridges & Structural Engineering
   
2. Bridges & Structures Inspection & Assessment
3. Temporary Works Design
   
4. Project & Design Management

Lazaros is a keen problem solver with very good understanding of the construction industry's needs and requirements. He is passionate about continuous improvement and has a focused business mind able to generate win-win situations for the Client, the Contractor and the various Stakeholders in order to deliver a successful project. The combination of technical and managerial skills gained throughout the years and his involvement in all possible stages of a construction project have equipped him with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
